Technology Business Consultant IV - ICS Escrow and Customer Service
Job Description:
SUMMARY
Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning functional areas of Escrow and Customer Service. Provides technical consulting on complex projects.
LOCATION
Highly prefer candidates work from our Jacksonville, FL HQ. Local candidates will have flexibility to work remote up to 2 days per week. Non-local candidates may work remotely with expected travel to the Jacksonville, FL HQ for meetings as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide the front line consultants with timely and accurate responses and solutions
  • Consult and train in areas of expertise
  • Provide input into and implement critical internal processes
  • Responsible for internal and external client communications
  • Represent Client Support on functional and product-related projects
  • Matrix manage the product and functional team of front line consultants
  • Act as a functional escalation point for Client Support and negotiate effective solutions
  • Identify and implement tools needed for Client Support to assume client support in a timely manner
  • Maintain ownership and provide direction for problems through resolution
  • Build effective relationships with third level support groups
  • Serves as liaison between end-users and the information technology organization during consulting projects to meet specific client requirements
  • Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology, or regulations related to system design or enhancements that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications
  • Creates detailed specifications from which coding and/or configurations will be written
  • Analyzes system impacts to client environments and procedures and provides recommendations on best practices and changes in technology accordingly
  • Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Requires 10+ years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience
  • Experience working in a technical client facing role
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Experience with Black Knight's Mortgage Servicing Package Escrow products, services, and capabilities (e.q. Optional Insurance, Payoffs, PIF Tracking, Task Tracking, or LSCH)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Thorough working knowledge of Black Knight's Mortgage Servicing Package specifically in the functional realm of Customer Service (e.q. Customer Service Workstation, OLLW)
  • Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development, or other relevant technology
  • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technologies
  • Awareness of system-development protocol
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
