Client Services is seeking applicants for a Full-time Technology Support Analyst (TSA). This position provides strategic and operational support to both internal and external clients related to instructional and administrative computing technology. The TSA role acts as a consultant and a technical support analyst to various operational and strategic initiatives and to the computer support team. In addition, the role will be expected to partner with other TSAs and management.
The person in this challenging and demanding role will have opportunities to lead and to participate in meetings, projects, committees, business analysis and administrative teams like our Device Management Administrative Teams.
The TSA role may provide work direction and coordination of work activities to other technical staff and \ or student and casual employees.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
Associate degree in computer related discipline (relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis).
Four or more years of work experience with automated systems in a complex network environment. Successful experience working in an end-user, customer facing role in a trouble-shooting capacity is required.
