The opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Strategic Partnership Specialist who has an interest in the real estate industry. This role will be responsible for managing communication with existing partners, prospecting new partners, as well as closing all sales in the affiliate and sponsorship revenue generation channels.
What you'll do
Partner Management
• Manage real estate affiliate partnerships on The Close and Fit Small Business' Real Estate Topic
• Analyze partner performance and proactively identify trends and opportunities to grow partner revenue with existing and potential partners
• Prospect new partners for your topics based on what your topic team thinks would benefit your topics the most
• Provide detailed reporting and insights to critical partners
• Craft and sell sponsorship packages to existing and new partners, as well as scale with your manager
Topic Teams
• Coordinate with your topic teams and department leadership to drive revenue (using levers including price increases, CRO, new deals, updates, etc.)
• Coordinate within topic teams to prioritize article runways, money page updates, partner work, and topic resourcing
• Dive deep into what email captures, quizzes, popups, calculators, CTA language, article layouts are performing well on content and what email drips are live in your topic area. The goal is that you and your topic teams and PH liaisons use this to successfully and continuously optimize
• Coordinate your SMEs and partners to stay abreast of partner updates and appetites and how that can inform new articles/updates
CRO
• Build on your existing understanding of how different content performs across the reader's journey
• Understand and optimize how our readers are converting once they reach a partner LP (sales funnel)
• Continue to deepen your knowledge of content marketing and CRO (quiz, in-article copy, confirmation/success CTAs, email sends, downloadables, etc) and use them to inform your partner pitches, on a topic-by-topic basis
• Expand partnership opportunities into TOFU/MOFU and other new ventures
Billing
• Coordinate with accounts receivable team to own accounts receivables for partners within your topics
Resourcing and Reporting
• Prioritize your own resources and effectively increase your productivity by collaborating with the Analytics team and CRO Specialists to get actionable reports you can use to successfully and continuously optimize content and lessen the burden of day-to-day maintenance work for partners
• Prioritize allocation of central resources between partner-facing reps across working groups to maximize return on investment for the company as a whole
Who you are
• Prior experience with customer service, partnership management or business development
• Detail oriented with revenue, projections, billing, and more
• A project manager mindset with the ability to see tasks to the finish line, including: prioritization, logistics, and deliverables with a meticulous level of attention to detail
• Ability to balance partnership needs with company priorities
• Collaborative with team and departments
• The ability to thrive in an environment where change is the norm and adapt to changing company and department priorities
• Someone who is flexible, able to grow and change, and agile in working across an organization and its partners with strong communication skills
• Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Annual pay range
$55,000—$65,000 USD
