Position Overview

We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer who has experience maintaining and modifying WordPress for our 30+ high traffic websites with custom themes, plugins, and web services. Working Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT or 4pm to 1am PHT

What you'll do

Maintain, develop, and support our collection of high-traffic websites
Migrate sites from other platforms into our comprehensive WordPress environment
Develop and maintain WordPress plugins that extend the functionality of our sites
Customize and maintain WordPress themes
Monitor our sites and services to meet uptime and performance goals
Perform administrative maintenance of our WordPress instances
Develop rich media ads and creatives
Utilize your expertise as a web developer to propel the business forward

Who you are

3+ years of experience building applications and sites on the web
Excellent understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience in building sites using Gutenberg blocks
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability to read and write PHP
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Comfortable working with MySQL, importing and exporting data, and optimizing database queries
Experience interacting with RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML)
Experience maintaining, supporting, monitoring, and optimizing WordPress sites
Experience developing WordPress plugins or contributing to WordPress core
Experience developing or customizing WordPress themes
Experience with search engine optimization
Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.

Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Monthly Pay Range

₱80,000—₱97,500 PHP
