Customer Experience Associate

Tecovas is looking for a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate to provide unparalleled customer interactions through various communication channels. Skills

Excellent technical skills including proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle difficult customer situations with a positive attitude
Quick learner of new systems and procedures

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for new and existing customers via email, live chat, and phone
Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately, resolving issues related to purchases and shipping
Offer personalized advice on product styles, fittings, and recommendations
Possess in-depth knowledge of the product line, technology, and logistics to assist customers and team members
