Responsibilities

Personalized client onboarding experience
Primary point of contact for client inquiries
Monitor and address client satisfaction
Coordination of cross-functional team activities
Analysis of customer feedback
Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Master's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
