RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the single point-of-contact for project direction, administration, performance management, and quality assurance under the assigned task order.
Lead all aspects of project management and oversight, including daily operations, scheduling, reporting, staffing, risk assessment, and mitigation.
Ensure all project work aligns with contract and PWS requirements and is completed in a timely manner.
Track and manage contractor personnel compliance with DoD 8570 certification and access requirements (e.g., AMPS).
Maintain and update project documentation in the Government’s designated repository (e.g., SharePoint).
Conduct weekly status meetings with the Government to discuss ongoing efforts, issues, risks, and action items.
Ensure team participation in troubleshooting calls and provide timely written summaries of issues to the COR/COTR.
Support RMF accreditation activities, including updating RMF packages, performing control assessments, analyzing vulnerabilities and Security Readiness Review (SRR) results, and tracking POA&Ms.
Collaborate across functional teams to support information security compliance, technical documentation, and configuration management.
Ensure timely closure of incidents, general work orders, and project work orders in accordance with SLAs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Must have 15 years of supporting DLA Energy Applications
Must have experience using MS Project.
Experience supporting DLA Energy Procurement Systems (i.e. BSM-E and EPST)
Certifications:
Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management certification)
Project or Program Management certifications from accredited institutions are required. Examples from government and commercial sources include, but are not limited to the Defense Acquisition University, The Program Management Institute, Department of Veterans Affairs as well as Universities and Colleges. Substitutes for a Project or Program Management Certification such as training, degrees or relevant experience, will be considered and must clearly state how the credentials are equivalent to the certifications.
Clearance:
Must possess Top Secret clearance (IT-I security clearance)
