Description:• The CSR takes inbound calls from customers and coordinates with the Dispatch and Scheduling teams to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manager and customer satisfaction remains high.• Customer relations and order taking.• 60 - 80 calls/day• Monitoring the activity of driversQualifications:Bilingual (Spanish) requiredPrevious CSR experience (2 years)Previous Call Center experience (2 years)Schedule: M-F 8:30-5pm with a half hour lunch.Pay: $22 - $25Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
