TEKsystems is hiring an Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join a growing IT company in Las Vegas.lJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will be working in their call center, supporting a number of merchants with getting set up with their payment processing software/devices (Point of Sale Systems). The technical support specialists will be responsible for helping troubleshoot and resolve problems as a new customer/client is being onboarded.MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:• 3+ years of recent call center experience (manager/lead/trainer experience a plus)• Experience w/ some form of Technical Troubleshooting• Strong computer proficiency -- including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, etc.OTHER DETAILS:• Location: In Office - 2 miles from Allegiant Stadium• Schedule: 40 hour work week, hours of operation 7am-6pm, Monday-FridayAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
