Good telephone skills
Clear and intelligent English speaking
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) ability preferred
Professional and positive attitude

Responsibilities

Conduct telephone interviews as instructed
Maintain documentation of all telephone study contacts
Review interviewing materials before making calls
Organize and turn in completed work at the end of each shift
Maintain confidentiality of the data collection
Read verbatim and record data accurately

Education

High school diploma or GED
