Description• Responsible for handling inbound calls from residential homeowners regarding mortgage questions• Requirement is to solve the customers problem on a first call resolution• Calls could be pertaining payments, address change, account password and resets, etc.• Majority of the calls are 50/50 to make monthly payment or having basic questions and make outbound to customers that are due for this month and haven't made their paymentMust HaveAdditional Skills & Qualifications:• HS Diploma or GED• 1+ years of Contact Center experience required• Must be familiar with computers (i.e. toggle screens, dual monitors, talking and speaking and general knowledge of MS OfficeAbout TEKsystemsWe're partners in transformation.
