Executive Assistant - job 2 of 2

TEKsystems is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. This person will be reporting directly to a Vice President of IT Operations for a Global Business Unit. This resource will have ownership of calendar, travel, expense and office mgmt., for the leader directly and indirectly to their team of 5+ DirectorsThis resource will also assist with tasks such as New Hire On-boarding/Training, Quarterly Divisional Workshop Planning, Project Coordination, Planning & Managing team building activities and more. The ideal resource is a growth oriented individual, who is always looking for ways to expand & mature their skillset.
