Inside Sales Appointment Setter

Description: Jani-King of Phoenix is looking for a dynamic, and self-starter appointment setter to join our regional sales team... As part of our sales team, you will be partnered with seasoned Account Executives to identify business opportunities in identified markets and territories. In this fast-paced, high volume business development role, you will use your sales experience to engage business owners and decision makers to set appointments for the Account Executive team. Responsibilities: • Build a great first impression with our prospects. • Make outbound phone calls; prospecting, creating, and cultivating new business opportunities for Jani-King. • Explain how Jani-King is the answer for their janitorial needs, setup a time for our Account Executives to meet with them face to face and go over our program in greater detail. Skills: Customer service, Cold calling, Data entry, Outbound sales, Schedule appointments Additional Skills & Qualifications: Qualifications: • Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience in inside sales, customer service, and/or other related fields • Successful track record of appointment setting & prospecting sales • Familiarity with MS Office • Strong communication and people skills • Not easily discouraged • Detail-oriented • Team Player • Professional dress and demeanor • High School Diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of Hubspot preferred but not required We offer the following: • Hourly + Commission (uncapped) • 40 hours per week • Hourly wage, appointment bonuses, and sales commissions • Healthcare, disability, and life insurance • Paid vacation & holidays • Simple IRA with Employer match • Up to $1,500.00 sign-on bonus (Paid upon 6 months of employment) • Compensation and Sign on Bonus (Depending on experience) Experience Level: Entry Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
