Will be working 100% remote and will be provided equipment!A large Mortgage company is hiring fully remote Outbound Customer Service Reps to join the team - looking for candidates who have any kind of Upselling, Sales, Warm Calling experience!Responsibilities:• The Rep, Customer Service I handles customer service inquiries and problems.• Making warm lead outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns (Ex: Security Home Systems, Insurance, Home Warranties, etc) - upwards of 50-100+ calls daily• Candidates will be assigned to specific campaigns above and are reaching out to existing borrowers to see if they have or are interested in any of these specific products. Once they are interested, they are then transferred to an actual sales rep for that product, this candidate will not be actually processing a sale (no commission).• Receiving inbound customer calls - identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.Qualifications:• High School diploma or GED is required• Must be available to work any 8 hour shift between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am to 11pm EST, will be assigned a shift and potentially might have to work occasional half days on Saturdays down the line• Needs to have some kind of sales, upselling experience which could either be in person or over the phones• 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience is highly preferred - in addition to the sales/upselling experience• Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred• Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus• Telemarketing, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales is a plus• No previous or active real estate licenses or NMLS loan licenses are allowed• *If Interested:Please apply to the job application!Note: Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
