Portfolio manager

Experience Required : 2+ years of experience in software procurement, budgeting, business planning and finance experience with duties including but not limited to planning, contract / amendments, license usage tracking, forecasting, managing day to day spending, monthly reviews, and similar responsibilities. Responsibilities : Manage a portfolio of 3rd party software licenses used globally in PD, MFG, etc. This involves working with :o Internal business IT and business teams to obtain software requirements,o Vendors and Internal IT Contracts to finalize contracts and amendments,o Vendors to obtain quoteso Internal IT Finance teams for spending approvalso Internal Purchasing to finalize purchase orders and special contract termso Manage the budget for your supplier portfolio including Business Planning and Budget Setting annual activitiesLook for strategic opportunities to grow the business while saving the Company moneySkills Required :• Vendor Relationship Management• Problem Solving, and Risk Management• MS Project / Project Management• Provide detail analysis on usage trends• Familiar with vendor Invoicing and Accounts PayableSkills Preferred :• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail• Ability to collaborate and work well with others• Drive for results; commitment to quality; process driven• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to participate in and support negotiations with external suppliers• Process Improvement, NegotiationEducation Required :Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experienceSkills :About TEKsystems :We're partners in transformation.
