REMOTE Medical Call Center Representative

Job Description· Speaking to Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about their healthcare coverages, options, and eligibility.· Assisting consumers with account creation and account management and resetting passwords.· Must be comfortable with rapidly changing environments and being available to work on special projects as needed.· Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers.· Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries.· Updating billing and payment preferences.· Describing benefits and coverages to customers.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
