Sr. Credit Risk Consultant

Job Summary:The Senior Credit Risk Consultant will perform loan portfolio reviews and credit risk advisory for a foreign bank. This position requires extensive experience in loan review and a background as a former regulator with the OCC or FDIC. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive gap assessments of credit risk management practices and perform independent loan reviews to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough gap assessments of credit risk management practices to identify areas for improvement.• Perform independent loan reviews to evaluate the quality and risk of the loan portfolio.• Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior management on credit risk management strategies.• Develop and implement action plans to address identified gaps and enhance credit risk management practices.• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.Qualifications:• Minimum 10+ years of credit risk analysis and loan portfolio review experience• Extensive background as a regulator with the OCC or FDICAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
