Description:Product Designer on our client's team is responsible for designing enterprise level, with optimization for productivity, suite of products. This role will be responsible for maintaining and designing pharmacy inventory systems including desktop and mobile experience. The vision for Pharmacy at our client is changing as they want to position their pharmacies as a holistic healthcare provider. The stakeholders are currently looking at and defining what tools are needed to become more "location agnostic" where pharmacists can respond and provide care remotely when needed. HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIREDAs a high-level Product Designer you must be able to see the big picture and be able to maintain design consistency between product lines.• Creates quality final product deliverables (e.g. user flow, user journeys, wireframe, and final visual compositions).• Performs detailed analysis of business and user needs and develops clear ux documentation (templates will be provided).• Ensures all designs are according to already established enterprise level Design System. May recommend changes styles and patterns, as necessary.• Participates, contributes to and presents designs during internal bi-weekly design reviews as well as leadership design reviews. Presents and defends concepts with concrete tactical rationale.• Collaborates on daily basis with product managers, product owners, business analysts, system analysts, and scrum teams to ensure quality & consistency.Skills:Design, figmaTop Skills Details:Design,figmaAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Additional skills needed:• Experience designing multiple products at the same time, maintaining design consistency.• Experience creating final UX deliverables, user flows, user journeys, final comps, and other visual artifacts.• Experience working with project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA & roadmap planning tools.• Successful in building relationships with internal/external partners.• Successful in working collaboratively within and across disciplines.• Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvements of results and find solutions.• Experience identifying operational issues and leading efforts to improve ways of working and implementing strategy to resolve problems.• Experience adapting to changes related to product needs and scope.• Strong critical thinking, analyzing, and creative problem-solving skills.• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple project with varying completion dates.• Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.Experience Level:Expert LevelAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
