TEKsystems is looking to hire several Title Clerks for a large auto company out in Plano, TX!• if you have recent titling experience and live within the DFW area, please send your most updated resume to rsison @ teksystems.com - these resumes will be reviewed first**DescriptionThe Associate, Servicing Support is responsible for supporting the Servicing Support Departments (Titles, Payment Processing, Total Loss/Ancillary Products and Back Office) by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as being in compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per HCA’s KPI’s. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation.This candidate will need to be open to being cross trained and open to any of the following teams -• Titles: issuing/processing car titles• Payment Processing: processing car payments• Total Loss: process total loss documentation on a vehicle• Ancillary: cancelling GAP/Extended warranty/etc. on early payoffs/total loss/repo vehicles• Process requests in accordance with Servicing Support SLAs• Prepare and release documents as requested ensuring accuracy per HCA’s Policy and Procedures while being compliant• Cross train as requested to enhance department efficiencies and personal development• Handle general incoming calls, perform follow up calls and respond to emails received.Job Duties - they come in and the work is already assigned to them - certain amount of time to work their accounts - they'll be making outbound phone calls to get them information to the administrator - need to calculate their refund - then create the refund back to the customer - applying it to the customer account - creating a check requestA lot of data validation, looking at all the contracts, high compliance and highly relegated processMetricsHeld to a utilization score - time to task score - 450 minutes production - they have to be over 85% of their work every dayQA assessments - 6 accounts individual per month - has to be over 90%Outbound calls: 15 or 16 calls per dayEarly payment process - making a lot more outbound calls - people wanting to pay off their payments early, they are reaching outAbout TEKsystemsWe're partners in transformation.
