Ux Researcher

Our client is looking for a UX researcher to join their team to support a variety of initiatives! This will be a 6 month contract to start + can sit remote but there is a preference towards candidates located in Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI. Bonus: UX Design background or skills... Please apply with your most up to date resume and portfolio if you are interested! Description: - This a new UX Research team. There's one researcher that has been there for a long time. These roles will be the first teammates. - They will need to experienced enough to run their own research studies. - This is more strategic, omnichannel research on their customer's journey. They will not be aligned to one specific digital product - Deep generative research - ethnographic - Heavy on the Qualitative research over Quantitative. - Focus in the consumer space - 1:1 interviewing, moderated studies, running own research studies around a theme. - No preference on tools. Their current tool set is Figma, user testing, Miro, Adobe Analytics, survey tools (question pro), quantum metrics. Skills: Ux research, User research, User experience research, Design, Qualitative research, Quantitative research, figma, usertesting.com, miro, adobe analytics Additional Skills & Qualifications: Design experience is desired.
