Be ready to present your work in an organized way for your team and clients to be able to see the user flow and provide feedback. Also, take the critique to revise and deliver an updated design to the team promptly.• Expert in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).• Research and stay up-to-date on UI research and industry standards and trends to create tools that follow modern UI guidelines• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. This designer will need to think through these Gen AI use cases and be able to offer design direction. The UX designer will work with 2-3 stakeholders to gather requirements and then design the needed enhancements, then pass those onto the Front-end Dev to develop. Someone working in a fast-paced agency experience would be a great fit. Ideal if they have lead UX design on a SaaS Application - they will not have a direct manager/director overseeing their day-to-day. They will work closely with the Data Science team (20 employees) to make decisions on the app. Figma expertise is a must. This role leans more toward UX than UI.
