Telecom Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in an order management area
  • Possesses working knowledge of theory and practices within a recognized field and/or specialized knowledge and skills, such as a specific product order process
  • Performs a variety of duties involving different and unrelated steps and methods.
  • Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative within pre-determined guidelines and subject to periodic review.
  • Works under minimal supervision.
  • Exchanges information requiring some interpretation and/or persuasion to ensure proper action.
  • Performs a variety of duties involving different and unrelated steps and methods.
  • Uses advanced and specialized knowledge to perform unique and/or complex tasks or activities which may be technical in nature.
  • Ability to coach Project Coordinators as Subject Matter Expert in one or more product order processes
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Subject Matter expertise in Order Administration/Validation activities; Upfront Order Details packaging and collection to include hold/reject order resolution during preorder keying.
  • Manage standard order workflows across single delivery stream
  • Manage orders across standard product/delivery solutions
  • Reaches out to Project Manager and other employees with issues or delays to avoid “surprises”
  • Assist project team with the order implementation of contracted services
  • Provide timely and meaningful communication throughout the order life cycle to Project Manager and team
  • Verify, coordinate, track and drive the overall delivery of orders to ensure expectations and Service Delivery commitments are met
  • Ownership of Order Escalation management as risks or issues arise that may affect delivery to committed timelines. Communication of Order Escalation to Project Manager for inclusion in overall Project Risk management.
  • Participate in order submission meetings as necessary and propose improvements as Subject Matter Expert if warranted
  • Evaluate potential problems with orders and technical hitches as Subject Matter Expert in regard to those orders and recommend solutions

  • Plan and manage orders, implementation schedules and new information
  • Supervise current orders and coordinate internal service delivery team members to keep order workflow on track
  • Manage order-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly managed and posted for additional internal stakeholders such as Project and Program Managers as well as account team members
  • Direct order correspondences by preparing and reviewing order submissions, status updates, meeting minutes and emails

  • Pre-SAR, order documentation, technical info

  • Order and date management

  • Capturing technical information from Solution Engineer

BPM Portal

  • Task review and provisioning assignment

FlightDeck

  • Task Review and provisioning assignment

Voice Portal - Porting and voice complete changes

  • Understand porting process from losing carriers and address port rejects

CORE - green order management
eFLOW - green order management
Pipeline - Pre-SAR order documentation
IFO - Pre-SAR order documentation, order gathering, quote creation
Keystone - Metric reporting/monitoring

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
