Director, CRM and Automation | The OpportunityThe Director of CRM & Automation will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive CRM strategies aimed at supporting lead generation, improving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. This position calls for a strategic planner with strong analytical abilities and enthusiasm for customer-focused marketing. A candidate with a solid background in CRM, email automation, and lifecycle marketing is favored.Our organization employs Salesforce as our principal CRM platform, with Marketo handling our marketing automation to ensure consistent data integration and holistic customer profiles, thereby boosting both sales and marketing initiatives.Director, CRM and Automation | The Responsibilities• Craft and uphold customer segmentation models to tailor marketing efforts more precisely.• Guide discussions to better integrate marketing automation solutions and technical infrastructure.• Leverage SFMC reporting and similar analytics platforms to evaluate performance effectively.• Apply marketing automation instruments to design and supervise customer journeys, guaranteeing appropriate and pertinent interactions at every stage.• Harness customer data and analytics to uncover insights regarding consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends.• Exhibit deep knowledge in marketing automation tactics and tools, maintaining a desire for ongoing education, innovation, and the adoption of emerging technologies.• Collaborate extensively with various teams, such as business development, growth marketing, and content management, to fulfill the marketing and business objectives.• Show capability in adapting to a swift-moving team environment and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.• Possess excellent communication skills, ability to work cooperatively, and define processes clearly.Director, CRM and Automation | The Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, or related fields.• Over 10 years of marketing expertise in B2B or B2C sectors.• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise-level marketing.• Hands-on history with email and marketing technology solutions, notably Salesforce and Marketo.• Outstanding storytelling capabilities, translating technical issues into business implications effectively.• A track record in creating influential positioning and marketing materials for enterprise audiences.• Demonstrated skill in using data to identify and engage high-potential customer segments.• Robust analytical and problem-solving aptitudes, business savvy, and the capacity to prepare executive presentations.• Acute communication abilities: an adept narrator capable of adapting messages for different stakeholders through various channels and platforms.• A proactive, flexible approach, innovative thinking, and a focus on results; driven by data, highly cooperative, creative, and vigorous.• Experience in product marketing, which includes forging relationships and educating vital internal parties about the essential features of the marketed products and services.• An extraordinary talent to enhance market competitiveness and shares.Pre-Employment ScreeningsIn accordance with Teleperformance policy, employment in this position will be contingent on your successful completion and passage of a comprehensive background check, including global sanctions and watch list screening.Important | Policy on Unsolicited Third-Party Candidate SubmissionsTP does not accept candidate submissions from unsolicited third parties, such as recruiters or head-hunters.
