A DAY IN A LIFE

As a Technical Product Delivery Manager, you will be a vital member of the Product Team, leading the delivery and adoption of our product interface as we expand our footprint in China. You will play a key role in understanding E-Commerce Logistics and Fulfilment operations, managing the onboarding of our clients and partners in the region. This position offers an opportunity to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cross-border e-commerce logistics in China and to influence the product roadmap with market-specific insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide partners and clients through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our products and services.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China, becoming the go-to SME for product-related queries and guidance.
• Gather and analyze market-specific inputs to shape the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with regional needs and trends.
• Establish and track key success metrics for the product in the region, including cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations as a service, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality for clients.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for product delivery and enhancement.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
