We're hiring a Temporary Development Coordinator who will serve as a gaming associate. This position will be primarily responsible to drive revenue via gaming/streaming/social media platforms. In addition, you will help provide some administrative support to the team.
This is a temporary, part-time position working 25 hours per week with an end date of October 1, 2023.
The ideal candidate will live within the six states of the SW Region including Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming. This position can be worked fully remotely or the candidate may office in one of our local offices.

Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:

Connecting with individuals through gaming/streaming platforms including TwitchTV, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. via phone, email, direct message, etc.

Assist with building a pipeline of prospects to achieve annual goals.

Provide support administratively to the team including tracking data, creating spreadsheets, producing materials such as videos, flyers, and letters as well as other administrative duties as assigned.

Ensure adherence to all national and regional policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Collaborate with region counterparts in other areas of The Association.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- One year of experience providing administrative support and/or project management including data tracking and creating spreadsheets.

Familiar with gaming/streaming platforms including TwitchTV, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. preferred.

Experience in creating promotional materials such as videos and flyers.

Ability to outline and implement strategies quickly & efficiently. Ability to adapt to changes.

Effective communication, organization, and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected pay range will be $23 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
