Tempus is seeking an IT Support Specialist to play a critical role in fulfilling the mission of providing secure and private cancer care technology methodologies for clients and their patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, user account administration, and supporting executives with IT-related issues.

Skills
Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Familiarity with SaaS ticketing systems
Supporting security products
Basic network and VOIP phone system troubleshooting
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in supporting Mac OS-X and Microsoft Windows
Experience with remote, on-site, and hybrid users
Responsibilities
Address and mitigate technology-related issues for employees
Maintain computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
User account administration including on and off-boarding of employees
Evaluate and test new technologies
Support executives with IT-related issues
Maintain AV and conference room technologies
Provide phone and remote support for clients
Education
Minimum of 2 years in an IT related field and/or relevant customer service role
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
