TENANT RELATIONS MANAGER
The Mt. Washing group is a growing and cutting edge property management company specializing in providing a high level of service to both our tenants and property owners throughout Baltimore City and County!
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to fill the role as a Tenant Relations Manager!
You will help plan and facilitate all key tenant interactions.
This role will act as a liaison between tenants and the various management departments involved in providing tenant services. This role will also support the operational departments with administrative tasks.
The focus of this position is to provide the highest possible level of service, consistent with the operating standards of The Mount Washington Group to our tenants. This role will strive to create a positive and mutually beneficial relationship between the tenants and The Mount Washington Group.

Responsibilities include, but not be limited to:
Coordinate with accounts receivable, maintenance, and any other areas to ensure smooth tenant relations
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Assist with resolving delinquent rent cases
Assisting department with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Ability to develop a rapport with tenants
Personable
Effective problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Familiar with Google Sheets and Google Docs
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work well as a team player and independently

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
