Senior Government Sales Executive

Tenchi is a Cyber Security company that is building innovative technology focused on Third-Party Cyber Risk Management for businesses. Founded by serial entrepreneurs and backed by a solid group of Institutional Investors, we seek to disrupt this rapidly growing industry. Our company is 100% remote and our team is spread across the globe, including Brazil, US, Canada, Argentina, and Spain. What will you do?

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth within government sectors;
  • Identify and engage potential government clients and key stakeholders to present Tenchi's solutions;
  • Conduct market research to understand government trends and requirements in cybersecurity;
  • Manage relationships with current government clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
  • Prepare proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) tailored to government needs;
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Tenchi's products;
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales materials and campaigns targeting government clients;
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and provide ongoing reporting on sales performance.

What do you need to know?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the cybersecurity or tech industry;
  • Previous experience selling to government clients or understanding government procurement processes;
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their relevance to government agencies;
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment;
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities;
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
