About the Role
Are you passionate about the Web3 space and eager to dive into business development? Tenderly is searching for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help expand our collaborations and partnerships within the evolving blockchain landscape.
What You'll Do
Market Research: Explore new market opportunities and trends in the Web3 space.
Partnerships & Alliances: Assist in establishing and nurturing partnerships within the Ethereum scaling ecosystem. Support the identification of joint venture opportunities and manage collaborations to enhance our market presence.
Account Management & Customer Engagement: Engage with potential partners to understand their needs and showcase Tenderly’s solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
Project Delivery: Collaborate with engineers to ensure timely delivery of Tenderly integrations, while working across teams to guarantee our clients are fully supported, from technical implementation to legal and support readiness.
Pipeline Management: Track and report business development progress in Salesforce, while supporting the team in reaching financial and non-financial targets across diverse Web3 ecosystems.
Work towards quarterly quotas: Work with your team to reach quarterly quotas for revenue and client growth.
Product Development Support: Collaborate with the product team to align our offerings with market needs. Provide valuable feedback from customers to assist in the development and enhancement of our products.
Marketing & Educational Activities: Work with our marketing team to develop and implement experiments and educational activities.
About You
You’re an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for blockchain technology and a knack for building relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of Tenderly. Here’s what makes you a great fit:

Passion for Web3: Genuine interest in blockchain technology and a desire to be involved in the Web3 ecosystem.
Bonus: Previous experience or involvement in the blockchain/Web3 space is a plus, but not required.
