About this role

Tenon is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our small but growing Product Design team. As a Product Designer at Tenon, you will own real impactful projects and take them from ideation to execution. You will work fluidly and collaboratively with a talented and diverse team of designers, engineers, and product people. 

As an early member of the team, you’ll also help shape research and design processes as the team expands, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop rapidly. 

With an eye for simplicity and craft, you can help us define the future of enterprise marketing, automation, and more.

This role will report directly to the Product Design Manager. 

What You’ll Do at Tenon

  • Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product and design direction.
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers.
  • Help deliver clear storytelling around customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Work with prospects and users to perform qualitative & quantitative studies to validate concepts and develop thoughtful solutions
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements.

What You’ll Need

  • Great attention to detail, and an eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product strategy.
  • Experience shipping projects with good product strategy and visual design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you’re able to explain your design decisions and strategy with clear rationale and storytelling.
  • Ability to take lead and own one’s tasks and projects from start to finish
  • Experience in UX research methods
  • 3+ years of experience

Compensation:

  • $100k - $125k annual salary based on experience
