Tenstorrent is pioneering AI technology and developing high-performance RISC-V CPUs from scratch. They seek an RTL Engineer for Load/Store Unit with a collaborative spirit and a problem-solving mindset.
Skills
- High-performance CPU microarchitecture
- RTL coding in Verilog

- Hardware description languages
Responsibilities
- RTL design and Microarchitecture of the Load/Store unit
- Work with DV and PD teams on RTL coding in Verilog
- Collaborate with design, test, and post-silicon validation teams
- Drive trade-offs and craft optimal solutions for design goals
- Deploy techniques to improve power, performance, and area
- Debug RTL/logic issues in pre-silicon and post-silicon environments
Education
- BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS
