Our next Brand Ambassador will play a key role in representing TerrAscend's house brands at cannabis retail accounts and other events throughout the Maryland Market.


You will be challenged to work tactically to spread TerrAscend brand awareness and increase wholesale sales through field marketing activations and patient/customer engagement.

One minute you will be running a pop-up table in a dispensary.

The next minute attending a community event to increase brand awareness.

And the next minute providing product information to curious customer.

Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization and the community.


Where you'll be planted:

This is a field-based position that requires ~80-90% of time traveling within the market and the remainder of time as remote. This position will require working 40 hours per week including working nights, weekends, and some holidays. Some regional travel may be required to surrounding territories.


We are searching for someone located in the greater DC area to be able to travel to and visit the dispensaries within this market.



To be blunt, this role will be about:
  • End-to-end execution of TerrAscend Branded Pop-Up Events at Cannabis Retail Locations throughout the specified territory
  • Representing our company and house brands in a positive and professional manner at retail both retail pop-ups, as well as community and industry events/activations.
  • Maintaining high-level of product knowledge and clearly communicating product benefits to wholesale accounts, patients, and customers.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts.
  • Working with the team to implement the best-in-class field marketing brand engagements/activations.
  • Completing Pop-Up Reporting Tracker at the end of each activation to roll into weekly field marketing reporting. 


What we're high on...We value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences. To be successful in this role we know you’ll need:
  • 2+ years’ experience in field marketing, events, retail, customer service, or related field
  • Basic cannabis knowledge with a passion for the plant and the industry
  • Ability to travel 80%- 90% of the time including overnights
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Willingness to use personal cell phone to capture content for social media
  • Have a naturally upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality with a passion to talk with and help others learn about cannabis
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office (teams, excel, word, PPT, etc.)


Driving & Physical Requirements:
  • Must have a driver’s license
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle that can transport Event Kit including a large tent and 6ft folding table
  • Sitting and standing for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
