Territory Manager - Philadelphia, PA

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) the Territory Manager (TM) is primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing key business partners while developing new doors within the assigned territory.

Essential duties of the Territory Manager:
  • Build strong relationships with key partners in efforts to develop, train and grow their business. Conducting regular business meetings, training, and demos, and owning territory account management/development strategies and growth opportunities.
Drive growth by adding new accounts:
  • Drive growth by developing a robust pipeline of leads, including market leaders; conduct cold calls; qualify leads; educate and market to prospects on Glo’s products; convert leads into partners through a collaborative, consultative approach.
Manage the territory as your own business:
  • Manage customer orders and inquiries; make decisions using available information and resources; assist in developing territory sales forecasts; create monthly territory analysis; use organizational skills to plan sales call rotations, record sales notes, track prospects, and comply with required reporting and other internal administration tasks.
  • Share successful best practices with peers and foster innovation within the team
  • Responsible and accountable for strategic T&E budget decisions and overall compliance
Training:
  • Execute in-person and virtual skin, peel, and beauty trainings; Visit markets quarterly and as needed to support new and existing business
Represent the Glo brand positively:
  • Share your passion for skincare and beauty products with enthusiasm; ensure a strong working knowledge of our full product portfolio and ability to clearly promote our products’ value; demonstrate continuous personal development by being open and receptive to coaching and customer feedback; Communicate clearly and respond to clients in a timely and professional manner
Other duties:
  • Share successful techniques and practices with peers and foster innovation within the team
  • Consistently seek to find opportunities for brand growth and expansion within your territory
Preferred qualification: Licensed Aesthetician
Working Conditions:
  • Travel (60%) by car daily and occasionally by plane/train, including overnight stays in territory in order to visit current and prospective client locations in person
  • Territory Managers must live in the assigned territory within an hour of a major airport
  • Work may occur before/after regular business hours
  • Physical activities include driving a vehicle, lifting products (up to 40lb) in/out of vehicles, carrying boxes, setting up at tradeshows, and merchandising

Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this role is $75,000-$80,000, plus a quarterly bonus plan.
In addition to your salary, total compensation at Glo Skin Beauty includes the following:
  • PTO Accrual: 4.75-7.75 hours earned per pay period, based on tenure
  • Employee gratis (free) products $250 each quarter
  • Holidays: 11 Company Paid Holidays & 1 Floating Holiday
  • Sick Leave: 2 hours earned per pay period, bank of 2 days to start, capped at 10 days
  • Bereavement Leave: Up to 6 days
