Territory Sales Manager - USA
The Blueprint (Role Summary)
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for developing, cultivating and driving strong sales partnerships with Distributors and End Users in our Eastern region. End-User business typically requires an increased hands-on approach to meet the customer demands and best local competition.
This position is based in New England/ Massachusetts (preferred) and would require relocation if coming from outside of that territory.

This position’s anticipated annual salary range is $76,000-$114,000 with a Sales Incentive Plan target of 31%. Apex Tool Group’s competitive compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, life and short term and long-term coverage/insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, educational assistance, 15 days paid vacation, and 11 paid holidays.
