Responsibilities
� Perform analysis of complex IC manufacturer customer requirements providing expertise on topics such as: Performance, Design, Utilization, Optimization, test program development/conversions and Implementation Strategies � Accountable for the design, scoping, and technical validity of the test solution to achieve the customer's business objectives. � Creates such value with their expertise; candidate becomes part of customer's business process. Is able to have some influence on the customer's decision process and business. � Create project plans for complex projects and track project completion � Mentoring of other application engineers on technical topics as applicable � Represents customer's needs of their assigned business segment to field or factory � Focus for technical topics is one or more of: RF wireless communication technologies, mixed signal and high speed wired communication technologies. Perform feature-by-feature tester demonstrations and presentations, training, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and consulting/implementation/execution as required in the day-to-day support of Agilent customers and sales strategies. . Interpret customer technical and support problems and recommend solutions

Qualifications
� BSEE/MSEE degree, or equivalent experience in ATE test industry plus a minimum of 3 years experience. � Proven experience in mixed signal and/or RF test using an Automatic Test Equipment tester platform (for example, Agilent, LTX, Teradyne or Advantest) � Broad knowledge of mixed signal, RF, wireless or communications test strategies � Broad knowledge of Semiconductor technologies and architectures � Proven ability to work comfortably with management (internal and customer) and collaborate globally � Demonstrated skills in self leadership skills. Demonstrated project management skills & negotiation. Driving License and willing to travel. For RF, must be experienced in functional RF test methodologies that include intermodulation, noise sensitivity and carrier suppression. Also RF parametric tests like gain, noise figure and return loss. . Proven experience on wireless technology that ideally spans across memory, PMIC, baseband and RF/Analog products or SOC technology is a huge plus
