You Are:

We are looking for someone who have significant expertise in Object oriented design/development, programming expertise with a focus on performance analysis/optimizations, deployment and maintenance of cloud based SW solutions.

The Opportunity :

• Build code that is easily readable, properly documented, and follows key coding standards
• Design and implement robust/ scalable applications and early warning systems for fault detection in live production environments
• Test and debug code to ensure low-latency and high-availability
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and provide quick solutions

What you need :

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to pick up on new SW Skills on the fly to select the right tools/languages to solve newer problems as they evolve.
• Good problem-solving skills
• 3 years of academic and/or industry experience in the following: Object Oriented programming Python Software/system test Data Structures Algorithms Database concepts UI/Web development
• Bachelors with 5-7 years of prior relevant SW development / DevOps experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Django, SQL, Wxpython, Python, SW design for AWS
• Master’s in computer science/ Computer Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant SW development experience.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

California - $40,000 - $76,000
