The CPS Testing Supervisor will oversee aspects related to the testing process, including supervision of testing personnel, organization of testing materials, and quality assurance processes for test administration.
COMMUNICATIONS
- The Supervisor assigns individual examiners (grad students) to pre-k students during pre-k testing and assigns group examiners and proctors to testing sessions during group testing.
- If a child experiences a problem during testing, the Supervisor should assess the situation and either resolve the problem or seek help from the faculty member on duty. All problems must be promptly reported to the main office by filling out and submitting a Test Incident form; a supervisor must either fill out the form or initial a form submitted by a tester.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
During individual testing, the CPS Testing Supervisor should monitor the testing roster to
make sure that all children who have checked in are in the process of being tested.
- The supervisor is responsible for the accuracy and organization of all testing materials and scoring.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
1 year prior experience as a CPS tester (or similar) and current enrollment in or a graduate of a graduate level Psychology program
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written language skills to address and report on any issues that arise.
SUPERVISION & BUDGET AUTHORITY
Expected to supervise a minimum of 2 students.
No budgetary authority.
Physical Environment and Requirements
Observation will be done off university grounds.
Report writing will be done off campus.
Must be able to remain seated for long periods of time. 90-100% of the time.
Must be able to walk/stand when addressing issues that arise. 0-10% of the time.
