Kautex employees tell us that they enjoy: having daily work that truly impacts the organization, working for an organization that strives to know and develop them, and working in a multi-industry company that offers a wide variety of career growth paths and opportunities.The ISC Manager has responsibility to:• Support and Manage plant issues with respect to customer delivery /supplier delivery / forwarder management / scheduling / materials management• Support packaging opportunities that fit with plant requirements and regional strategy• Support warehousing improvement opportunities / optimization and activities that are in alignment with plant and regional strategy• Lead internal team meeting within the department on daily basis to evaluate plan vs execution, root causes for deviations, look for possible countermeasures. Discuss with other departments on daily basis outcome of internal meeting, highlight issues, define countermeasures.• Implement EHS standards and guidelines• Ensure all ISC Standard Processes are being followed• C&FT Compliance owner for the plant• Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities in the plant with respect to:• scheduling / information and material flow / materials movement to POU / sequencing / mode of transport / logistics network and frequency / warehousing / purchasing / etc…• Train and coach employees• Set SMART and achievable PMP targets• Develop teams, identify weaknesses and set a plan to strengthen the team• Support and align with other departments, other plants, regions, globe!*!Position Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or comparable education preferred• Practical experience in ISC area preferred• People Management Skills requiredTextron is committed to providing Equal Opportunity in Employment, to all applicants and employees regardless of, race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, military status, veteran status, handicap, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law.
