- First QA hire on the team
- Join Platform Team to QA new features and functionality in sprint as developers complete tasks
- Work with product and leadership to understand user flows and expectations so you can think like a user
- Regression test existing platform functionality before major releases
- Build out automated regression suite using Selenium/Eggplant/etc
- Provide first line support to sales and customer success reporting platform bugs. Perform initial investigation, reproduce behavior, and confirm expected behavior. Prioritize and plan with product and Platform leadership;
- Must have background in SaaS, preferably something analytical/numerical
- Experience testing from the perspective of a user/customer, not requirements.documentation
- Experience with 1 or more automated testing tools/frameworks like Selenium
- At least basic scripting in Bash/Python/etc for purposes of automation
- Basic SQL to QA data quality and data issues
