Job Description
thatgamecompany seeks a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Content Producer to join our team and help bring joy and happiness to millions through gaming. We are a growing company and currently work remotely.
Responsibilities
Manage projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables across various Sky projects, including seasonal and time-limited content, gameplay features, and other related initiatives.
Work closely with discipline producers and leads to develop project roadmaps, manage scheduling and resources, and continuously improve team processes, frameworks, and pipelines, using tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Foster sustainable development practices and enhance cross-functional communication to ensure optimal collaboration and project success.
Promote and uphold the company's vision, unique culture, positive work environment, and growth.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a Production role on a live game, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
Proven experience with iterative product development and agile/scrum methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
A passion for creating and shipping innovative experiences to players, and a strong belief in thatgamecompany's vision.
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as game design, project management, or business administration.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 USD to $130,000 USD annually, with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
