We are in search of a dynamic and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to join our expanding team! In this pivotal role, you will ensure our marketing and communication initiatives reflect our thought leadership brand. You will be responsible formarketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation efforts.You will be responsible forcrafting a marketing strategy, brand positioning, developing and publishing compelling content that engages current and potential clients. We collaborate closely with a specialized external agency, harnessing their expertise to enhance our digital marketing efforts. This role does not involve managing an internal team.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with internal and external departments and partners to developand execute astrategic marketing planforbrand management.
Develop and manage a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.
Establish KPIs and provide analysis for content engagement results to the Leadership Team.
Conduct routine industry research and competitive analysis.
Develop atimely feedback loop with individuals in the field to help refine and pivot strategies as necessary.
Content Development & Management
Proactively engage in activities to support the development of thought leadership content.
Network and collaborate with our internal and external network ofSubject Matter Experts to co-create thought leadership content.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Collaborate with our external partner to create, publish, and manage distribution of monthly blogs, e-mails, white papers/E-books and social media.
Produce Learning Share Webinars and Podcasts for external distribution.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive engagement andpartnership.
Provide sales enablement tools including drafting and developing sales proposals promptly, as needed.
Brand Management
Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
Monitor and update brand perception on platforms such as Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google reviews.
Organize and manage brand collateraland digital content.
Event Management
Select and organize events, including speaker alignment and collateral preparation.
Manage event budgets and logistics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7 -10 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications.
Expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing strategies.
Significant and proven experience with technical content development required
Experience in managing social media and email content, as well asPodcast, Webinars
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign or Photoshop)
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take the lead and proactively planmarketing/communication initiatives while fostering collaboration and flexibility.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
