The Arc Western Montana is seeking an experienced Program Administrator (PA) to lead a team providing high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities. The PA will supervise House Managers (HMs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, verifying timecards, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing corrective actions.

We are offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus to the successful candidate!

· Base Pay: $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing Staff: Supervise House Managers and Direct Support Professionals. Provide resources, manage schedules, verify timecards, conduct evaluations, train new staff, ensure documentation, and oversee program activities.

· External Relations: Serve as the primary contact for guardians, case managers, DDP, and licensing bodies, maintaining clear communication.

· Department Liaison: Relay updates from management, implement departmental directives, and attend relevant meetings.

· Person-Centered Planning (PSP): Attend strategy meetings, collaborate with medical staff, complete data entry, manage assessments, update objectives, and lead the PSP team assembly.

· Direct Care: Act as a direct caregiver as needed, including client ADLs and personal hygiene care.

· On Call: Serve as the on-call manager every 4-5 weeks, providing off-hours support and guidance.


Work Schedule:

· Typically Monday to Friday with a rotating on call schedule every 4 to 5 weeks

· Background Check: Must pass all required checks.

· Communication Skills: Effective in English, including electronic communication.

· Drug Testing: Required as per Montana State Law.
