Competitive Pay:
· Base Pay: $60,000 annually
· Sign-On Bonus: $6,000

Key Responsibilities:
· Managing Staff: Supervise House Managers and Direct Support Professionals. Provide resources, manage schedules, verify timecards, conduct evaluations, train new staff, ensure documentation, and oversee program activities.
· External Relations: Serve as the primary contact for guardians, case managers, DDP, and licensing bodies, maintaining clear communication.
· Department Liaison: Relay updates from management, implement departmental directives, and attend relevant meetings.
· Person-Centered Planning (PSP): Attend strategy meetings, collaborate with medical staff, complete data entry, manage assessments, update objectives, and lead the PSP team assembly.
· Direct Care: Act as a direct caregiver as needed, including client ADLs and personal hygiene care.
· On Call: Serve as the on-call manager every 4-5 weeks, providing off-hours support and guidance.
Work Schedule:
· Typically Monday to Friday with a rotating on call schedule every 4 to 5 weeks

Requirements
What We're Looking For:

· Driver License: Have held a valid driver license for at least three years with a relatively clean record.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience: At least one year of experience working with developmentally disabled persons preferred.
· Background Check: Must pass all required checks.
· Communication Skills: Effective in English, including electronic communication.
· Drug Testing: Required as per Montana State Law.
