Our people make all the difference in our success.As a Pharmacy Technician Lead Representative, you will be responsible for using advanced knowledge of the job under limited supervision to advise pharmacy techs on taking MD clarifications, new verbal prescriptions, and related activities.What you need to do the job:• Coordinates and monitors daily workflow in the pharmacy.• Coordinates front end WIP management, including telephonic support• Leads team huddles and provides initial coaching and direction to pharmacy techs.• Assist Technician Supervisor with all quality initiatives (e.g. INCRs, DPMO)• Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts internal and external to the department.
