The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Business Process Analyst II to support the HRIS Division in providing technical and analytical support to a diverse workforce of over 7000 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis, needs assessments and fit/gap analysis.
  • Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
