The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Business Process Analyst II to support the HRIS Division in providing technical and analytical support to a diverse workforce of over 7000 employees.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis, needs assessments and fit/gap analysis.
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
