As a Regional Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to lead part of the Clorox portfolio for Regional Grocery customers headquartered on the East Coast: Wakefern, Giant Eagle, Harris Teeter, Demoulas, Southeastern Grocers, Krasdale and General Trading. The successful candidate will be a resourceful, experienced Sales Manager who has demonstrated the ability to lead and influence others to achieve mutually helpful goals in a dynamic environment. Required skills include volume forecast and budget ownership, effective multifunctional collaboration, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to craft compelling selling stories and lead joint business planning, while delivering profitable sales and share growth. Experience in broker management is preferred. In this role, you will: • Coach, develop, empower team members as appropriate. Develop one's own capabilities to promote growth. • Lead and influence Crossmark broker partners. • Lead execution of volume, sales and profit objectives for assigned Categories with Customers. • Understands and drives business planning process for assigned Categories • Deliver Joint Business Plans at Customer that achieve results and are within trade budget. • Facilitates connection between Customer team, cross-functional resources and category counterparts. • Build and ensure execution of strategic plans to deliver quota What we look for: Experience • 5+ years of CPG experience • Broker Sales Management experience • Field/Customer Sales or equivalent experience • Customer and Category knowledge • Consultative/Solution selling • Customer Business Planning-- Drive process and use tools/data (i.e. Exceedra for volume forecasting and budget management, Power BI, IRI/Circana) Skills • Negotiation skills • Leadership • Attention to detail • Analytical thinking Education • BSc in Business or equivalent experience Workplace type: Hybrid - Candidate must reside along the East Coast and be able to travel 15%-20% of the time. If the candidate resides within a 50-mile radius of a Clorox office, they will be expected to work onsite three days per week, as part of our hybrid work model, to ensure a balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100 –Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300 –Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
