  • Evaluate supplier competencies and competitive positioning with industry research and cost models. Build a central best practice information suite, benchmarking, and cost modeling approach, supporting continuous learning.
  • Leverage total spend across all OUs, developing a global partnership approach for competitive positioning. Manage and protect files and sensitive information per retention requirements, and meet company targets on savings, cash flow, sustainability, and people performance.

  • Knowledge of business partners (such as customer, bottler, promotional agencies, POS service providers, POS suppliers): industry trends and competitive pressures, sustainability policies, responsible souring requirements, strategies and plans, talent, organizational structure, decision-making process, contacts, technology infrastructure and systems.
  • Able to manage a diverse portfolio of relationships and projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, fully approved, and responsibly sourced delivery. Understand long-term business implications and balance immediate needs against future outcomes.
  • Highly competent synthesizing business terms into binding agreements, incorporating legal protections, and evaluating contract language to determine negotiable items. Explore negotiation options for win-win outcomes with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to interpret, develop, and explain contractual obligations and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand the strategic implications for the company. Offer a broad perspective on the business environment from interactions with various departments and external sources.
