Summary:
The Global VP of Human Resources is responsible for leading the strategic direction of all global Human Resource Functions including performance management, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement and recognition and compliance. Lead a small global team of HR professionals, and work with senior leaders, management and staff in creating and implementing a strategy that focuses on building a high performing business culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translates the organization’s business plans into HR-specific action plans, then leads execution.
- Manages the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department.
- Develop long-term and short-term human resources strategies and programs that are aligned with the overall TCP’s goals and strategic objectives.
- Provide leadership and management to the global HR Team, building clear objectives, fostering a strong and motivated team and investing and developing the development of individual team members.
- Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives, and rewards for effective performance
- Work collaboratively and closely with key stakeholders including: the senior leadership, and line managers to build a high performing culture.
- In collaboration with line managers and members of the HR Team, supervise the resolution of employee relations across the organization.
- Oversee the development of tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, domestic and international employment agreements, development of HR information systems, specific country office employee manuals and benefits.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of HR metrics and people data to inform key decisions.
- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design
- Lead and oversee the development and fair administration of total rewards strategy and structure.
What we are looking for:
- Remote full-time availability 5-day work week (Eastern Time Mon-Fri 09 AM - 06 PM with 01-hour and 30 minutes break).
- We are a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and will be needing you to use your own system and internet
- Preferably has experience working within the B2C technology software or services industry.
- 10+ years of total experience and progressive career growth within highly diverse, global, scaling organizations.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience providing executive leadership, management, and oversight of human resources teams larger than 5 (Direct & Indirect).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with remote teams, including building deep, enjoyable long-distance work relationships with teams located across multiple time zones globally.
- Ability to manage execution of long-term and complex projects by delegating, planning, prioritizing, and optimizing systems.
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to implement leadership development, performance management, career management, and compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
