The role: You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specializing in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. With over $30 million in funding from leading venture capital firms, the team is passionate, driven, and committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers and leading the blockchain revolution.

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and ensuring the successful execution of our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns ensuring timely & budget-friendly campaigns, as well as monitoring & reporting on campaign performance for improvement.

• Content Creation & Management: collaborate with the content team to create compelling & relevant content, manage the content calendar and assist in producing multimedia content.

• Social Media Management: manage and grow social media presence by engaging with our online community and analyzing social media metrics. 

• Market Research & Analysis: conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and potential growth opportunities. Analyze marketing data and metrics, and prepare regular reports and presentations for the marketing team.

• Administrative Support: manage marketing budget by tracking expenses, maintain marketing databases and CRM systems whilst coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot).

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a SaaS environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work closely aligned to CET working hours
