Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues related to our products and services.
• Educate customers on the effective use of our products and provide personalized recommendations.
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and efficiently resolve complex inquiries.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to enhance the quality of support.
• Engage in continuous training to improve your technical knowledge and skills.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
