The House of Mercier is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Care representative for Smart Home Devices, based in Greece. In this innovative role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and concerns related to their smart home products. Your knowledge of technology and customer service will help customers maximize their experience with cutting-edge home automation solutions. Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat for inquiries related to smart home devices.
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of smart home products to enhance their understanding and usage.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in smart home technology.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably with technology or smart home products.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
