Responsibilities

Provide exemplary customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat for inquiries related to smart home devices.
Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of smart home products to enhance their understanding and usage.
Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in smart home technology.

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
Experience in customer support, preferably with technology or smart home products.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
